Before starting the cutting\/slitting process, it is important to prepare the materials accordingly. As it is often the case, the basic protective layers would not suit the product application or cutting method. In such cases the materials need to be \u00bbrewound and laminated\u00ab.<\/p>\n

Lamination<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lamination is the technique of manufacturing multiple materials into the composite material. The most common material used in laminates is adhesion-free (e.g. foam) with an adhesion layer only. This enables us to select the most convenient carrier, as well as the most suitable adhesion for preferred application.<\/p>\n

There are different lamination processes, depending on the application of a layer. In full lamination either side of material surface is fully laminated whereas in partial lamination the application layer would be one-sided.<\/p>\n

Rewinding<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rewinding of materials is an important part in end-product processing.\u00a0 Utilizing rewinding, we can achieve easier manufacturing and above all, smoother product application. In the process, we remove the protective layer from the whole roll or single smaller rolls, and replace it with a more applicable coating. We use various sorts of foils and siliconized papers.<\/p>\n

Laminiranje<\/h2>

Pred samim pri\u010detkom izrezovanja\/izsekovanja izdelkov je materiale potrebno ustrezno pripraviti. Ve\u010dkrat se zgodi, da prvotni za\u0161\u010ditni sloji ne ustrezajo na\u010dinu uporabe izdelka ali pa niso primerni za izsekavanje. V takih primerih je materiale potrebno \"previti in laminirati\". Laminiranje materialov pomeni, da skupaj\u00a0zdru\u017eimo dva ali ve\u010d razli\u010dnih materialov<\/strong>. Obi\u010dajno zdru\u017eujemo material, ki je v osnovi brez lepila (npr. pena) z lepilnim slojem. To nam omogo\u010da, da izberemo\u00a0najbolj primeren nosilec<\/strong>\u00a0in hkrati najbolj primerno lepilo za \u017eeleno uporabo.<\/p>

Laminiranje je lahko popolno tj. laminira se celotna povr\u0161ina obeh materialov, ali delna, kjer se material nana\u0161a samo na en del.<\/h3>

Previjanje<\/h2>

Previjanje materialov je zelo pomemben korak pri izdelavi kon\u010dnega izdelka, saj z njim dose\u017eemo la\u017ejo izdelavo izdelka predvsem pa la\u017ejo uporabo izdelka. S postopkom previjanja celotni roli ali posameznim razrezanim kolutom odstranimo za\u0161\u010ditni sloj in ga\u00a0zamenjamo z bolj primernim<\/strong>. Uporabljamo razli\u010dne folije in silikonizirane papirje.<\/p>
