For kiss cutting and die cutting, traditional tools are used. The height of a cutting knife is adjusted according to the type of processing –\u00a0either die cut (through all) or kiss cut (cutting up to the backing material but not through the liner).<\/h3>\n

Finished products are available in rolls or cut into any formats and are suitable for machined or hand applications. For better handling and easier application, finger-lifts are frequently shaped. This enables easier removal of a carrier and smooth\u00a0transfer to a desired surface. Using various machine tools, we can manufacture practically\u00a0all types of foam materials<\/strong>,\u00a0adhesive tapes<\/strong>\u00a0as well as rigid, semi-rigid and soft materials.\u00a0 The principal technologies we employ are flatbed presses (applying a\u00a0vertically displaced flat tool) and a cylindrical press (utilising a rotary cylindrical tool).<\/p>\n

According to the material properties and the customer specific requirements, an array of different techniques and equipment is used. Some of our specialty machines have been designed and manufactured in house to meet any of our customers’ needs.\u00a0 At least 15 years of experience makes us a leading expert in the field of cutting and slitting.<\/p>\n

Kiss-cutting<\/strong><\/p>\n

Roll-to-roll kiss cutting is used to cut the top layer of a material without cutting through a backing attached material.<\/p>\n

During the kiss cutting process, we employ a flatbed press, utilizing flatbed dies, and a rotary press with a cylinder-shaped tool. This allows the final product to remain on a roll or is cut into any shape or dimension. Not only is it convenient, the kiss-cut method offers a variety of manual and machining applications.<\/p>\n

Die-cutting<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A rotary die-cutting involves using a customized machined part to cut through substrate.<\/p>\n

In rotary cutting, a sheet of material is passed through a rolling die and processed by a cylindrical anvil with a customized tool which rolls over a flat surface. This cuts or perforates the desired shape. Rotary die-cutting performs very well in vacuum forming of plastic products. Additionally, it is suited for all adhesion tapes and foam materials supplied in sheets.<\/p>\n

Za izsekavanje in sekanje do podlage se uporabljajo klasi\u010dna orodja, pri katerih je vi\u0161ina no\u017ea prilagojena temu ali je material potrebno popolnoma presekati ali zarezati samo do podlage.<\/h2>

\u00a0<\/p>

Pri sekanju do podlage je kon\u010dni izdelek lahko navit na rolo ali pa razrezan v poljubne formate. Tak\u0161ni izdelki so primerni tako za strojno kot ro\u010dno aplikacijo. Za la\u017ejo uporabo in nana\u0161anje se na izdelkih velikokrat izdelajo ''finger-lift'' zavihki. S pomo\u010djo teh zavihkov izdelek la\u017eje odstranimo z nosilnega papirja in prestavimo na \u017eeleno povr\u0161ino. Z ve\u010d razli\u010dnimi stroji obdelujemo prakti\u010dno\u00a0vse vrste penastih materialov, lepilnih trakov ter trdih, poltrdih in mehkih materialov<\/strong>. Lahko uporabljamo ploskovne pre\u0161e, kjer se orodje za izsekavanje premika vertikalno in valj\u010dno pre\u0161o, kjer je orodje v obliki valja in se vrti.<\/p>

Glede na lastnosti materiala in dimenzije izdelka izberemo tudi primerno tehniko in primeren stroj. Nekatere izmed teh strojev smo tudi sami zasnovali in izdelali, kar nam daje fleksibilnost, s katero se popolnoma prilagajamo \u017eeljam naro\u010dnikov.\u00a0Poleg tega imamo \u017ee ve\u010d kot 15 let izku\u0161enj, s \u010dimer postajamo vodilni strokovnjaki na tem podro\u010dju.<\/strong><\/p>
