In laser cutting of materials, a focused laser beam is directed at the material and cuts it according to the drawing pattern. Similar to conventional methods, the laser can cut either up to a backing layer or through multiple layers of a material.<\/h2>\n

Laser cutting\u00a0technology is typically used for industrial manufacturing applications, especially for small-scale production and sampling. Advantages of laser cutting over other more\u00a0conventional methods<\/strong>\u00a0include easier workholding as it can eliminate the need for tooling, enabling you to save money on manufacturing costs.\u00a0 Laser cutting technology also enables us to cut\u00a0complex shapes<\/strong>\u00a0without the need for tooling and the work-piece changes and adjustments.<\/p>\n

We use two laser cutter machines, a laser plotter and a roll-to-roll laser<\/strong>, to process various materials. The laser cutter enables us to cut shapes in sheets of materials supplied in larger formats while the highly accurate roll-to-roll laser ensures rewinding and laminating along with laser cutting and slitting of a wide variety of delivery formats. Although both lasers are able to produce high-quality cuts and slits, are very precise and provide great benefits, all depends on the type and thickness of material used. This is especially the case with more rigid materials \u2013 higher rigidity allows lower thickness. However, it is important to realize that all types of materials are not suitable for laser processing, such as flammable materials. Also, when subjected to heat, certain materials emit toxic fumes.<\/p>\n

LasERSKI RAZREZ MATERIALA<\/span><\/h1>

Laserski razrez je tehnika pri kateri se za razrez materiala (pene, lepila,...) uporablja laserski \u017earek, ki re\u017ee material na podlagi predlo\u017eene risbe izdelka. Podobno kot pri konvencionalnih tehnikah lahko tudi pri laserskem razrezu material prere\u017eemo v celoti ali pa re\u017eemo samo do podlage.<\/h2>

Laserski razrez je primeren predvsem za\u00a0majhne serije in vzor\u010denja<\/strong>, saj za izdelavo izdelka ne potrebujemo orodja, poleg tega pa je v primerjavi s konvencionalnimi metodami razreza in izseka tudi po\u010dasnej\u0161a. S tak\u0161nim postopkom razreza izrezujemo\u00a0kompleksne oblike<\/strong>\u00a0in enostavno spreminjamo ter popravljamo obliko izdelka.<\/p>

Imamo dva laserska rezalnika \u2013 veliko-formatni laserski rezalnik in preto\u010dni laser.\u00a0<\/strong>Prvi omogo\u010da razrez materiala v plo\u0161\u010dah in je primeren za izdelke ve\u010djega formata, medtem ko preto\u010dni laser omogo\u010da previjanje in laminiranje materialov pred laserskim razrezom ter izsekavanje na formate po laserskem razrezu.<\/p>

Omejitve laserskega razreza so predvsem v debelini in vrsti materiala \u2013 tr\u0161i kot je material, manj\u0161a je dopustna debelina. Poleg tega vsi materiali niso primerni za razrez z laserjem \u2013 to so gorljivi materiali, materiali, ki pri razrezu z laserskim \u017earkom spu\u0161\u010dajo nevarne emisije in podobno.<\/p>
