Pre-Production Sampling<\/h2>\n

Using a laser and a smaller 3D printer, we can ensure pre-production\u00a0sampling\u00a0as well as fully functional samples before production is launched. Pre-production sampling supports the development of new products and finding\u00a0optimal solutions.<\/p>\n

Tool-shop<\/h2>\n

Though we do not make tools for vacuum forming and slitting ourselves, we can enhance the maintenance process in our in-house tool shop. We can thus maximize manufacturing efficiency and preventive maintenance. Our tool shop allows us to do some machining changes or adjustment to the moulds to make needed engineering changes to the products (in adhesion or product manufacturing)<\/p>\n

Izdelava vzorcev<\/span><\/p>

S pomo\u010djo laserja, oscilacije in manj\u0161ega 3D tiskalnika lahko pred za\u010detkom serijske proizvodnje hitro izdelamo vzor\u010dno serijo<\/strong>, na podlagi katere naredimo prehod na serijsko proizvodnjo. Vzor\u010denje pripomore pri razvoju novih produktov in iskanju najbolj optimalnih re\u0161itev<\/strong>.<\/p>

Orodjarna<\/span><\/h2>

\u010ceprav sami ne izdelujemo orodja za vakuumiranje in razrez, z lastno orodjarno hitro in u\u010dinkovito popravimo manj\u0161e napake ter s tem prepre\u010dimo zastoje v proizvodnih procesih. Lastna orodjarna je klju\u010dnega pomena tudi pri izdelavi razli\u010dnih dodatkov<\/strong> in posodobitev strojev<\/strong>, ki olaj\u0161ajo delo ter pri izdelavi \u0161ablon (kot pripomo\u010dek za lepljenje ali izdelavo razli\u010dnih izdelkov).<\/p>
