As an acknowledged innovator, \u0160tefan Zalaznik was awarded an innovator ranking for the period 1981-1989.<\/p>\n 1982\u00a0<\/strong>– Rado Zalaznik joins the company.<\/p>\n 1984<\/strong>\u00a0– The company starts cooperating with the LEK Company. \u00bbContour Strip\u00ab products are launched for Vivadent Company, Liechtenstein, specifically targeted for dental professionals.<\/p>\n The 1990s<\/p>\n 1991<\/strong>\u00a0– \u00bbKatarina Zalaznik Vacuum Forming\u00ab company closes.<\/p>\n 1992\u00a0<\/strong>– \u00bbKatarina Zalaznik Vacuum Forming\u00ab company adopts a new identity as Pladent Llc.<\/p>\n 1992\u00a0<\/strong>– Foundation of joint-venture ITC Inc. based in Atlanta, Georgia, targeting dental prosthetic specialists.<\/p>\n 1997<\/strong>\u00a0– \u0160tefan Zalaznik retires from a job. His ingenuity, and the leadership of his son, Rado Zalaznik, who takes over as a director, helps to build Pladent into the company it is today.<\/p>\n 1998<\/strong>\u00a0– Pladent moves to a new location in Tacen.<\/p>\n The new Millenium<\/p>\n 2000\u00a0<\/strong>– Pladent introduces adhesive tapes and foams\u00a0programme. The new logo embodies the company’s commitment to implementing fresh ideas, creativity and ingenuity.<\/p>\n 2006\u00a0<\/strong>-Purchase of a manufacturing plant in Vodice.<\/p>\n 2008\u00a0<\/strong>– Major expansion takes place at Vodice plant.<\/p>\n 2009<\/strong>\u00a0– The Company is awarded ISO 9001 certification.<\/p>\n A Time for Growth\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n 2015\u00a0<\/strong>– Purchase of property in Komenda Industrial Estate for construction of manufacturing plant and company head office.<\/p>\n 2016<\/strong>\u00a0– Ground work for construction of new production facilities starts on the location in Komenda Industrial Estate.<\/p>\n The Anniversary Year 2017<\/p>\n 2017 marks the\u00a0company’s 50th Anniversary<\/strong>\u00a0of providing customers with quality, value added products and services that meet or exceed their expectations.
