POLIPEN 217 is a co-extruded material consisting of three layers: two solid polyethylene (LDPE – EVA) layers covering a central layer of foamed polyethylene. This design allows the product to combine elasticity with excellent mechanical strength, preventing delamination or seal leakage.

  • Good compressibility: High hardness (80 Shore A) ensures durability in various environments;
  • Optimized for long-term sealing without loss of efficiency;
  • Excellent chemical resistance: Performs well when in contact with alcohols, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, bases, ketones, mineral acids, oils, and aqueous salt solutions;
